I was playing AB as a monk with my friend, and we were in the center of that 3 shrine chain on ancestral lands. A mob of 15 luxons / minions were now swarming the shrine, and so i drew a dodgy arrow attempting to point down the stairs and back round under the bridge towards the center fort. Acknowldeging this my friend then made a run for it, i protted him as he ran through. The mob all then turned to me and i spammed my skills like hell in order to survive. As my friend passed through my aggro zone underneath... BAM i hit return
Just thought that was pretty cheeky

I like to use hex breaker when I see SP sins
They tele then start their chain but they can't hit me 'cause I'm not hexed, lol.
Not very clever or anything but it works hehe.

He's lying but its sometime stupid how those things can happen. Can you beleive I once interupted an instant cast spell (from Glyph of sacrifice) with a knockdown? I think I also got 2 instant-cast Met-Shower iterupted that way in PvE.
EDITED for spelling

For long cast spells like meteor shower, you still have a cast time(equal or less than 0.25 sec), it is not as instant as you think.

There you go assuming you know my level of intelligence.
Please don't go there.
I'm not trolling...those who are criticising my feel-good moment in AB (I've spent maybe an hour in AB total since owning factions...) are trolling to make themselves feel better.

Actually Sig of Illusions + skill stealers or Inspired Hex/Chant is very workable. I just watched a GvG where the mesmer used inspired enchant on the other team's Aegis and then used it himself when the prot monk couldn't. Very slick.

I think the poster was trying to mock the "I interrupted a 1/4 sec spell kiss my feet" battle in the thread. (Maybe not - in that case busted)
Actually, Glyph Sac makes your next spell 1/4 second cast, so it doesn't surprise me that this could happen. Not sure if thats a bug or intended.

here's one bit of advice for wammos and other aggro holders: if you are holding aggro and a meteor storm or another aoe is going off right next to you, pull the aggro into it
